Internal Conflict and international legal responce for the protectionof refugees problems and solutions

Abstract

It is the responsibility of the states to protect the human rights of their people. When newlinestates become unable to protect the human rights of people they have to seek protection of newlinethemselves and their relatives in other countries away from their home and family. When the newlinebasic rights of the refugees are not protected in their country, the international community is newlineunder duty to respect their basic rights. In other words, since the refugee does not enjoy the newlineprotection of the country of origin, the international community must come forward to newlineprovide protection and assistance. newline
