Abstract: | The energy enhancement for solar PV (Photovoltaic) system and solar newlinestill by new methods and algorithm are investigated in this research. The new newlinemethods such as solar PV array reconfiguration by using Window Analysis newlineTechnique, modified conventional Solar Still with enhanced evaporation and newlinecondensation technique, Performance Enhancement of Solar PV Modules with newlineEdible oil as Coolant, Couple Matching and Current Injection Based PV Circuit newlinefor Partially Shaded PV Systems are proposed in this work. newlineThe Window Analysis Technique is proposed to extract the newlinemaximum power from the solar photovoltaic (PV) array during partial shading newlinecondition. The proposed method identifies the partial shading without isolating newlinethe load from the PV array by using a normal camera. A digital camera is used to newlinecapture the image of the PV array, and then by using the image processing newlinetechniques, partial shading is identified. The control signals for the relays are newlinegenerated based on the partial shading. Then the reconfiguration signals are newlinegiven through MATLAB-Arduino UNO interface to the relay circuits in the PV newlinearray, which in turn reconfigures the PV array for better output power newlinegeneration. The proposed method is tested in 80W solar PV system, which newlineenhances the power by 12%. newlineThe modified conventio newline |
