Abstract: Mobile Ad hoc Network (MANET) is an autonomous system of newlinemobile nodes. In MANET, the current issues such as scalability, security and newlinenetwork lifetime will be managed by the multipath routing protocols. Initially newlinethis research focuses on an optimal and secure multipath routing protocol. In newlineAd Hoc On demand Distance Vector Backup Routing (AODVBR) protocol, a newlinebackup route is generated by way of overhearing the reply messages and data newlinepackets and then, local repair is performed as and when necessary in the newlineAODVBR. While applying AODVBR, the network performance metrics such newlineas end to end delay, throughput, packet delivery ratio as well as energy of the newlinemovable nodes change repeatedly in a MANET due to huge newlinenode movement. Obviously, it is complicated to manage each and every one newlineof these indecision problems at an instance. To manage such kind of newlineindecision problems, Fuzzy Logic System (FLS) has been introduced. For newlineefficient data transmission, the multiple path routes are newlinegenerated by fuzzy logic. newlineTo optimize the rules from fuzzy logic system, AGWO has been newlineused. Particularly to prevent unauthorized access, the Homomorphic newlineEncryption (HE) technique is applied. The projected routing protocol newlineexamines multiple paths among the source and the destination pairs and finds newlinean optimal path in those paths to forward the data packets. Also, this protocol newlinesecures data flow in the network as the packets are forwarded in the course of newlinemultiple paths from the source node to the destination node.
