Abstract: This research work describes the problem of sequencing and scheduling decisions for n jobs and m machines. A flowshop (FS) is a conventional manufacturing system in which the problem is to determine the order of processing n -jobs on m -machines, arranged in series, where all the jobs pass through all the machines in the same order to optimize the desired objectives. The FS represents the benchmark and real case scenario to a greater extent. The sources existing in manufacturing companies such as tractor ndustry, paper industry, service industries such as mechanical engineering, internet service architecture and container tackling system can be ordered through flowshop method. Flowshop scheduling problem has many advantages over fixing makespan minimizing as an objective function. In the framework of the overhead, this work focus on multi-stage flowshop scheduling problems. newline
