Abstract

There is tremendous research in the area of NDs, but there is limited newlinesuccess in the field of drug development compared to other areas. The newlineavailable drugs only relieve symptoms for short-term and long-term use and newlinehave side effects. The most challenging part is treatment strategies to prevent newlineand remove protein aggregation. Therefore, there is a need for novel drugs to newlinetreat these diseases. Also, despite intensive research done on newlinepathophysiology, the molecular basis of the diseases and their newlinepathophysiology is not clearly understood. The available biomarkers are newlineexpensive and invasive. Therefore blood-related markers which are newlineinexpensive and noninvasive are required. newline
