Investigations on closed loop cascaded cuk converter inverter fed induction motor drive systems

Abstract

This work deals with cascaded cuk converter - three phase voltage source inverter fed induction motor drive system. The output from Photo Voltaic (PV) system gets altered when utilizing a CUK converter. With the help of a 3-phase Voltage Source Inverter (VSI), the CUK converter s output is inverted and pragmatically fed into a 3-phase induction motor. PV fed CUK converter is used to supply DC voltage which is used as input by the inverter. In this way, the PV system s output is improved by using a CUK converter. In general, the CUK converter output gets reversed. newline
