Abstract: Recent advancements in technology and innovation in nuclear industry play a vital role in achieving reliability excellence in nuclear power plants (NPP). However, the reliability of NPP is a function of an organizational culture that supports people working in a disciplined way to reduce human errors and to enhance the safety of operators. Despite newlineinnovations in nuclear technology, human errors in nuclear operations is a serious threat to the nuclear safety. This study deals with the human errors in nuclear control room operations, proposed theories, concepts and models for nuclear personnel to enhance nuclear safety and performance by reducing human errors newline newline
