Abstract: Advancement in technology-based physiotherapy has significantly reduced the time and efforts spent by the physiotherapists in offering an accurate and consistent recovery medication for stroke based Hemiplegic dysfunction. Hemiplegia, a type of paralysis which occurs due to partial loss of muscle function is one of the predominant dysfunctions occurring globally. Hemiplegia is highly variable, and its existence is sometimes temporary and most of the time prolonging throughout the life. The dysfunction further leads to shifting of total body weight to the affected side of the body resulting in complexities. It is often necessary to perform early diagnose and treatment of the dysfunction to keep the post effect minimal. Paralysis seen by the lower limb is the second most common type of Hemiplegia seen in humans. The primary cause of lower limb dysfunction is because of the injuries evident in the middle and lower part of the spinal cord. newlineHemiplegia has various levels of treatments based on the intensity of repair seen by the muscles. Blood thinners are used to liquidate blood flow to prevent cardiovascular impacts and further effects of stroke. Muscle relaxing drugs and antibiotics followed by surgery of affected brain parts are intensified treatments for Hemiplegia. Physiotherapy is yet another significant treatment which helps in curing brain injuries creating Hemiplegia. Physiotherapists spend considerable time with the patients varying from 1 to 6 months and sometimes more to improve and regain their functional skill and balance. Age, overall health, and consistency of the exercising determine the duration of physiotherapy treatment. Apparently, the costs in terms of fee for the physiotherapists are extremely high. newline
