Abstract: | Recent advancements in technology and innovation in nuclear newlineindustry play a vital role in achieving reliability excellence in nuclear power newlineplants (NPP). However, the reliability of NPP is a function of an newlineorganizational culture that supports people working in a disciplined way to newlinereduce human errors and to enhance the safety of operators. Despite newlineinnovations in nuclear technology, human errors in nuclear operations is a newlineserious threat to the nuclear safety. This study deals with the human errors in newlinenuclear control room operations, proposed theories, concepts and models for newlinenuclear personnel to enhance nuclear safety and performance by reducing newlinehuman errors. newline |
