Abstract: Overall, the present study demonstrates the dynamic nature of rotavirus viroplasm and how it manipulates the intracellular environment by intracellular relocalization of host proteins and their sequestration in viroplasms for its survival and to manifest the infection. This work demonstrates the mechanism by which the host proteins are recruited into the viral replication structures called viroplasms. newline
