Abstract: This study aims to explore the relationship between Human Rights Awareness, Family Environment and Value Conflict on a sample of 400 government and private senior secondary school teachers of Punjab. Major findings revealed that there exists positive and significant relationship between human rights awareness, family environment and value conflict. Significant differences were observed among teachers of government and private schools on human rights awareness and selected dimensions of value conflicts. The present study offers an empowerment,
