Abstract: | Juvenile Delinquency is considered to be the widest gateway to adult criminality. If Juveniles Crimes are not checked and controlled, then young perpetrators will surely become habitual offenders. So, with a view to find out the real causes, a socio-legal study has been conducted on the juveniles placed in juvenile homes in Chandigarh. |
