Abstract: Introduction: Every individual has different physical, physiological and psychological newlinefunctions. This principle is described as Prakruti in Ayurveda. Predominance of newline Trigunas Panchamahabhutas and Doshas decides the Prakruti of every individual at newlinethe time of union of sperm and ovum which remains same for life time. It is the set of newlinemetabolic tendencies which allows you to know your body and mind better and also influences emotions. Each Prakruti -constitutional type has its own inborn approach to manage its physical and mental energies and each possesses an innate strategy for dealing newlinewith situations. Job Satisfaction (Hoppock, 1935) defined as it is a combination of newlinepsychological, physiological and environmental circumstances that gratifies a person s work experiences. In recent trends, job satisfaction is a set of joyful feelings and positive emotional behavior for their job. (Karatepe, Uludag, Menevis, Hadzimehmedagic, and Baddar, (2006). It is essential that the proper understanding concerning satisfaction emanating from the job life be obtained. It will then be much easier to organize a work schedule, task, motivation, teamwork, working hours, and even the type of food and recreational activities. It is logical to group people according to their Doshaj Prakruti for best interpersonal harmony. Aim: To study co- relation between Doshaj Prakruti and job satisfaction. To promote recruitment of a person on the basis of Doshaj Prakruti Assessment. Materials and Methods: There were two (Prakrutiand Job satisfaction ) main variables in study and both were mapped using questionnaire respectively. Assessment of Doshaj Prakruti was done with the help of C- DAC Ayusoft software. Assessment of job satisfaction was done with the help of Job satisfaction scale by Dr. Amar Singh and Dr.T. R. Sharma. (1986).
