Abstract: In present study procured drug samples were investigated under preformulation studies. For development of nanparticles containing celecoxib and naproxen, nanoprecipitation method is used. The formulated nanoparticles were evaluated for different parameters such as zeta potential, particle size determination, Scanning electron microscopy, % entrapment efficiency, Production yield, in-vitro drug release, Transmission electron microscopy and stability studies. newlineThe present research work describes formulation and evaluation of celecoxib nanoparticulate containing gel using transdermal delivery. Transdermal potential of nanoparticulate gel was investigated using in-vitro and in-vivo study. The formulated nanoparticles were formulated as gel using carbopol and Formulations of carbopol gels were characterized for pH, Gelling capacity, Drug entrapment efficiency, Transmission electron microscopy, Thermograms, Rheological characterizations, Occlusion factor, Spreadability, viscoelasticity, in-vitro drug release, ex-vivo drug release, Skin Irritation study on rabbits in which Formulated gels were evaluated for (skin irritation and skin permeation). and In-vivo Bioavailability Study. Further evaluated for stability studies as per ICH guidelines, results of stability studies reveled that formulated gels were found to be stable at suited temperatures. newline
