dc.description.abstract | Analytical methods need solvents with organic modifiers and buffers to make a long-lasting method. Acetonitrile, methanol, n-hexane, and tetrahydrofuran are the organic modifiers used the most. Such solvents significantly impact analytical chemistry because they are compatible with most chemical compounds and drugs and have low signal-to-noise ratios in UV and LC. But, they also have a significant negative impact on the environment and the analyst. Green Analytical Chemistry (GAC) has mainly focused on producing environmentally and analyst-safe analytical procedures. Nowadays, several agencies and pharmaceutical drug manufacturers continuously focus on developing eco- friendly development methods. However, this work needs to be escalated to save the environment for future generations. UV and LC are the most profoundly used analytical instruments for the quantification of chemicals. So few analytical methods has be developed by keeping the safety and efficacy of the method towards the environment newline | |
