dc.description.abstractRayleigh wave propagation in an elastic medium has been a subject of extensive research as amplitudes of seismic signals are immensely useful not only for exploring the internal structure of the earth but also for its application in a variety of elds such as geophysical exploration, mineral exploration, geological exploration and marine engineering. Thermoelasticity combines the theories of elasticity and heat transfer as well as their coupled eects in solid bodies. Hyperbolic thermoelastic theories are closely related to hyperbolic heat conduction equations admitting thermoelastic disturbances propagating with nite speed in elastic materials. The emergence of Three Phase Lag (TPL) model oers a general theoretical heat conduction model incorporating distinct micro-structural factors. This model enables scientists working in the eld of heat conduction to reliably predict the thermal behaviour of structures. The primary objective of this study is to analyse the Rayleigh wave propagation in half-space with Three Phase Lag (TPL) thermoelasticity with two temperature. newline
