Abstract

The notable characteristic of eukaryotic animals is an organ system. Organ system is group of anatomical structures which work together to perform specific functions in coordination with each other. In human being there are several organs working together to have a surviving functional human individual. If any of these organs fail to perform its function, it affects the body partly or even to the extend of death. newlineHuman body is composed of major 11 systems. These systems have various organs which perform the task needed for normal functioning of human body. Urinary system is one of these systems which not only plays vital role in eliminating waste material but also in various other functions including homeostasis of various biomolecules. Due any of the reason if kidney fails to perform these tasks is called renal failure. Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is the progressive loss of kidney function over the period of months or years. However, to understand CKD, it is important to have an overview of urinary system especially kidneys. newline
