Abstract: This study was initiated to establish one of the treatment modality of Ayurveda known as newlineDaivavypashraya Chikitsa.Mantra Chikitsa is one of them. Bhaya is one of the important newlineemotions which has importance as the concept of Trisutra or Triskandha in Ayurveda. newlineRamaraksha Stotra is widely practiced in some parts of the country especially in Maharashtra. It has various benefits, Bhaya or Fear is one of them. AIM To evaluate the role of Ramaraksha stotra in decreasing the fear in Adolescents. OBJECTIVES - To study various references of Mantra Chikitsa in Ayurveda from Brihat and Laghu Trayee. newline- To Study Bhaya in detail from Ayurveda and Modern view point and Ramaraksha Stotra with newlinetheir Benefits.To assess the effect of Ramaraksha Stotra as a Bhayahara in Adolescents. Methodology- Detail study of various references of Mantra Chikitsa was done from Brihat and Laghu Trayee. Detail study of Bhaya conceptually from all available literature of Modern science newlineas well as in Ayurveda was done. Detailed literary study of Ramaraksha Stotra with its newlinebenefits was done. Introduction about the Clinical study was given to all the participants. Participants were screened (Using FCL) Randomization was done with the help of www.randomizer.com and divided in Study and Control group. Informed consent (Assent) was taken from all the participants. First Authenticated Audio-clip was circulated along with Ramraksha stotra book to all participants. Participants were instructed to listen carefully with reference to pronunciation. 1st 5 days for regularising after that 0 day score was assessed. Time- 8.15 am (In Morning) Chanting continuously for 60 days without interruption. (80% newlineaccountability was maintained. One more Fear score was calculated at 90th day in which last 30 days were without chanting Ramaraksha Stotra. No any intervention was given for the newlinecontrol group. Only Fear score was calculated at 0, 30, 60 and 90th day.Result : In the study group there is significant decrease in fear score after the chanting was found.
