dc.description.abstract | The content of this thesis entitled and#8213;Green Catalytic Approach for the newlineSynthesis of Bioactive Scaffolds has been divided into four major chapters based newlineon the experimental works performed all through the entire course of the research newlineperiod. The opening chapter of the thesis demonstrates a brief review of the work on newlinethe relevant topics. Other chapters elaborate on successful results and discussions newlinealong with the experimental section. newlineChapter I describes a brief literature survey on the concept of green newlinechemistry, green catalysts, and green methodologies in synthetic organic chemistry. newlineThe initial segment briefly introduces a renowned phase transfer catalyst that newlinefacilitates the organic and aqueous phase reaction. At the same time, the last newlinesegment includes an explanation of one-pot multicomponent reactions. Both these newlinemethodologies have been adopted in the present thesis to generate bioactive newlinemoieties. newline | |
