Abstract: quotIn the current research, we documented biologically active scaffolds based on newlineliterature review and by observing recent scenario in the medicinal research newlinefield. The presented work primarily focused on three different heterocyclic newlinemoieties. The synthesis of 1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine derivatives by Biginelli newlinecondensation reaction of 1,3,4-oxadiazole based aldehyde, urea derivatives newlineand acetoacetanilide derivatives and application of derived molecules was newlineevaluated for antidiabetic by and#945;-amylase inhibition assay. The next target was to newlinedevelop a green and one pot protocol for Betti base synthesis. Further it was newlineevaluated for antioxidant activity. Pyrano[2,3-c]pyrazole derivatives were newlinesynthesized by Knoevenagel condensation reaction. All synthesized molecules newlinewere characterized by different spectroscopic techniques such as 1H NMR, 13C newlineNMR, IR spectroscopy, Mass spectrometry.quot newline
