Rising environmental problems, waste management and the loss of non-renewable capital have encouraged environmentally compatible green products to reduce their environmental impact. In certain uses, the Agave Americana leaves of this plant are used to produce fiber, and all parts of this plant are used for various purposes. The plants zero-waste usage will make it possible to transform their production into a profitable and sustainable sector. Compared to other fibers, Agave Americana fibers are characterized by a lower density and high strength. This analysis aims to determine the mechanical properties and tribological effects of a TiO2 particle-reinforced polymer composite. The fibers were prepared with 5 % of the NaOH solution and then washed with pure water. This process strengthens the fiber surface and the bond between the matrix and the reinforcement contents. The fibers were are finally trimmed to a maximum of 5 mm. The hand lay-up methods are used to make the polymer composite, and fibers wt. % is constant for each form of composite and six separate wt. % of the particles and resin is prepared in order to investigate the influence of the number of particles and resin on the mechanical properties and tribological behaviour of the composite material. The Agave Americana fibers were treated with a 5 % NaOH solution. The results of the tensile test showed that maximum tensile strengths of 27.52 MPa and 24.89 MPa were achieved for the treated and untreated composite materials. Due to the chemical bond at the interface between the matrix and reinforcement, the tensile strength of the composite was improved. Also, by varying the reinforcement particles to form a matrix, the tensile strength of the composite sample was steadily improved newline newline newline
