dc.description.abstractThe study was conducted on PVTG students of two Asram Schools in Kerala. The PVTG tribal sample included students belong to the community of Kadars , Kurumbars , Kattunayakans and Cholanaickans . The total sample was 80 students studying in Class VIII. The results concluded that the experiential pedagogical module has significant effect in enhancing the scientific attitude, science process skills and achievement in science. The study also throwed light on the different types of learning styles among the Asram school students. It was found that these learning styles had no impact in enhancing or decresing the effect of experiential pedagogy to enhance the achievement I science, scientific attitude and science process skills of the Asram school tribal students studying in Class VIII. Apart from the enhancement in the three variables, achievement in science, scientific attitude and science process skills of the students, it was found that the memory retention of the sample in both scientific attitude and science process skills enhanced even after the lapse of two weeks after the conduct of post test.
