Employee retention and job satisfaction is a newlinefundamental idea it has been getting impressive tending work from scholastic newlineresearchers, Researchers and Human Resource (HR) leader, and the executives. This newlineparticular research study was conducted in India s Information Technology hubs like newlineBengaluru, Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai etc., Primary data for research study was newlinecollected from top 9 Information Technology (IT) companies in India as per National newlineAssociation for Software Service Companies (NAASCOM s) survey report 2018- newline2019. Like that 400 Information Technology (IT) employees were chosen for the newlineresearch sample for the study. The key object is to know the employee s perception newlinetowards employee retention concerning job satisfaction and the impact of monetary newlinebenefits on employee retention among employees in the Information Technology (IT) newlineindustry. To study the impact of non monetary benefits on employee retention among newlineemployees in the Information Technology (IT) sector. Additionally, To rank the newlinefactors affecting employee retention among employees of the software sector. newlineTheoretical framework constructed after the among the gender and monetary and non- newlinemonetary factors of Information Technology (IT) employee retention strategies in the newlineInformation Technology (IT) sector, For the statistical study SPSS 16 version were newlineused with descriptive statistics on IT employee retention and job satisfaction factors newlineconcerning the various dependent and independent variables were done. A statistic newlinetest was done using a group value of gender and two independent sample test newlinetechniques. Some of the research hypotheses developed were tested using independent newlinesample test and correlation of monetary and non-monetary factors to outcome at the newlinestudy results.
