Abstract: corticosteroid treatment is the basic and newlinelifesaving treatment for the regulation of respiratory diseases. Even though it is newlinelifesaving, the same treatment effects of cortico-steroid on the skeletal system, newlinemuscular system, immune system, endocrine secretions, etc. The analysis of newlinethe resulting factors and co-factors of the treatment is essential and may even newlinebe revolutionary in terms of improvising the individual, financial, personal, and newlinesocial standards. There is no evidence with the occurrence of early osteoporotic changes newlinewith the over dose or prolonged use of inhaled corticosteroids in previous newlinestudies. The lack of awareness and prognostic procedures to detect the newlineinfectious diseases like asthma, COPD and ACOS resulting in over dosage and newlineits side effects. To improve the quality of life and to avoid morbidity and newlinemortality. newlinequotPrevention is better than treatment.quot Eliminating the root cause of the newlineosteoporotic changes as much as possible, so that there will be no necessity newlinefor the treatment in the first place. It is proved that, Decreased bone mineral newlinedensity results with the both disease and treatment effect of inhaled newlinecorticosteroids. So, regular monitoring of side effects and better prognostic, newlinediagnostic and therapeutic approaches are need to follow with the proper newlineguidelines from the pulmonologists. newline
