Abstract: Education is a significant right of every human being. In the Constitution, The Republic of India was expected to provide within 10 years from its inception, free and compulsory education for all children up to the age of 14 years. Recently, the parliament has made form law regarding compulsory education. Many countries of the world have gone beyond ten years of general education. In our country, there are 300 million children in the school age group. newlineThe challenge now is to provide the education for all primary schools for 200 million children and to follow it with comprehensive high school education. newline
