The present era is digital era and the children are increasingly being techno-savvy. As a result, all those connected to learning and teaching must first renew their vision to establish digital age environments. Instructional Technologies being an integral part of today s learning environment meet today s teaching and learning demands. Instructional Technologies have the potential to transform education, enhance teaching and improve student learning. The use of instructional technologies in teaching will develop reflection, collaboration and autonomy among learners. This in turn, would lead to quality in education and continuous self-development.
