Abstract: | Pesticides and Insecticides are widely used in Agriculture to protect crops from insecticides andDiseases. In this process the residues are present in the Environment samples like crop products,Soil and water. Based on this fact the present study conducted the investigation of different such items ie Insectisides, Herbicides and fungicide residues in Environmental samples like Soil ,water and oil at different condition by HPLC-UV method mainly. The Residues quantity and their concentration changing time also verified in the present study. newlineThe first chapter deals with the Introduction ie importance of pesticides and insecticides and the research done in the past years. It also deals with the aims of present study ie objectives of the present work and also describes the different Test items ie Spiro tetra mat an Insecticide, Imazox an Herbicide, Imazethapyr an Herbicide ,Quazilofop-ethyl an Herbicide ,Bispyribac Sodium an Herbicide and finally Thiophanate an Fungicide. newlineThe second chapter deals with Dissipation kinetics of SPirotetramat and its Metabolite in Four different soils. In this study the Dissipation kinetic study was conducted by considering different soils like sandy loam Soil, Loamy sand soil,Sand clay soil and Clay soil by using HPLC-UV method. Satisfactory validation and LOQ and DT-50 values were established by following Soth Africa National Civic Organiasation guidelines. The proposed analytical procedure and dissipation data could be useful for regular monitoring of SpirotetramatIn different Commodities. newline newline |
