In order to accomplish the objectives of the study, a well-structured questionnaire has been prepared during the study to ascertain the outlook of the technostress factors in selected sector banks. The study is comprises of both the data primary and secondary. Non-probability sampling method has been followed in order to accomplish research objectives. A total of ten hypotheses were formulated in the study. Data were subjected to various tools like reliability analysis, factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, regression analysis and chi-square analysis used to address the research aim, question and objectives. Reliability analysis was conducted in order to determine the internal consistency of the research instrument used in the study. It was found that reliability of scale is 0.798 which reflects the reasonable degree of reliability and fit for analysis. The factors of technostress which are prevailing in the banks, in both the sector of banks public sector and private sector the most of hypothesis are rejected. The findings shows that in private sector bank employees are more aware about technology and they have less technostress as compare to public sector banks. Significant differences have emerged among the technostress factors of selected banks. The actual perceptions of employees do not match the level of expectations. There is a need to organizing the technical session for employees of selected banks in order to accomplish employees perception to reduce the technostress impact in both the sector of banks. Value of correlation analysis the coefficient determination for public and private sector banks indicates that public sector technology stress is a much more influence on employees performance as compare to private sector banks. Hence it can be concluded that technostress factors have significant impact on employees work and their personal life as well as their professional life.
