Abstract: Richard Feynman laid the concept of nanoscience in 1959. Feynman newlinein his famous lecture in 1959, said that there is plenty of room at the newlinebottom. It is the branch of science, in which we deal with particles newlinehaving at least one dimension in the nano range. It is well known that newline1 nm = 10-9 m. In this field, we deal with particles having a size newlinebetween 1 to 100 nm. This means that these particles cannot be seen newlineby naked eyes. This is a multidisciplinary field. This field contains newlineapplications in physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, engineering, newlineetc. newline
