Abstract: Science is continuously trying with its full capacity to find the solution of basic life problems. Stress and diabetes are supposed to be epidemic in 21st century world. At one end, stress helps human to strive for progress, its extreme and uncontrolled state brings the physical and mental illness along with negative syndromes at other end. newlineTo quantify the stress, technically notified as tension type headache and to resolve it in a systematic way, is the need for hour. The present research work is an effort to analyze the alternate therapy to measure and cure the stress, termed as biofeedback therapy which is getting popular as it is less violent and non-injection-able. As per subject s condition, guided or non guided meditation makes it effective. newlineThe efforts of present thesis is to make analyze two biofeedback therapies Galvanic Skin Resistance (GSR) and Electromyography (EMG) on various modes like audio, visual and audio -visual mode in the treatment of TTH over a period of 12 months. The physical, mental and total scores of subjects have been analyzed on both the therapies of Electromyography and Galvanic Skin Responses in auditory, visibility and combined process. newlineAlso the efforts have been made to check the hypothesis and check the efficacy of both biofeedback techniques on possible individual and combined modes. Through this study, it has been concluded that there is a high correlation between movement of medication of Subjects v/s Average Subject Medication Score (EMG), movement of medication of Subjects v/s Average Weighted Medication Score (GSR) and Movement of Medication of Subjects v/s Average Weighted Medication Score. newlineThe Whole Analysis has been done in Tableau software which is a data Analytics tool and gives data analysis in different visualizations. newline newline
