dc.description.abstractEntrepreneurship is considered as an important tool of economic development and newlinegrowth of any nation. Keeping this fact in mind, the government should create awareness newlineand promote entrepreneurship development in order to solve the unemployment problem. newlineIf we take entrepreneurship as a potential career option we have to increase the newlineunderstanding and awareness level in the conservative society to create potential newlineentrepreneurs from the grass-root level. Lack of job opportunities in the states like Bihar, newlineOdisha, West Bengal, Chhattisgarh and Assam forcing the natives to move towards newlinesouthern and western states of India in search of work. The states where clusters of newlineindustries have been established are overpopulated by such kind of migrated workforce newlinewhich allows them to exploit the workers in many ways. On the other hand, workers who newlineare little educated and skilled from the states like Punjab, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, newlineChennai are moving to foreign countries like the USA and UAE to earn a living. This newlineclearly shows the intensity of the unemployment problem in our country. Therefore, the newlinenecessity of entrepreneurship development is highly sought after. The country has an newlineenormous opportunity for entrepreneurship but our educational system, the orthodox newlinemindset and negative attitude towards business as a career are creating barriers. newline
