Abstract: Education is among the most influential tools for bringing down poverty and newlineinequality of common people within a nation. Economic growth and progress of a nation is newlinesignificantly contributed by education. The importance of knowledge and learning is well newlinerecognized since the beginning of time. The Nobel winning economists like T W Schultz newlinestated that investment in education explains economic growth of a nation and Gary Baker newlinein his famous Human Capital Theory indicated that investing in education has a pay off newlinein terms of higher wages. Elementary education , well knownas Primary Education , newlinethe 1st stage usually originated in general education is starting from 5 - 7 years aged child newlineto11 - 14 years child. Globally, the term primary is used instead of elementary educationin newlinethe United Kingdom (U.K) and some other countries. In U.S.A, the term primary newlinenormally refers to only the 1st three years (grades 1 to 3) of elementary education. Like newlinethis, elementary education is also leaded by some form of pre-school and it is followed by newlinesecondary education (Encyclopedia Britannica). In April 2000, the World Education newlineForum (WEF) in Dakar, the capital city of Senegal, agreed on an all-inclusive vision and newlinemission ofEFA (Education for All) by the year 2015 which is based on six targets. newline
