Abstract: The current research work has been undertaken on the topic Employees Perception and Satisfaction Towards Green Human Resource Management Practices in Selected Private Banks of Mewar Region newlineThe thesis report covers the concepts and theoretical framework of all the variables under study review of existing literature research methodology,analysis of data and findings of the study and conclusion as well as suggestions. Toeffectively represent the work the thesis is divided into six chapters and the chapter scheme is as follows newlineChapter I Introduction newlineIn this chapter the conceptual framework of the topic is explained with the help of definitions, concepts and present status and implementation of Green HRM for sustainable development It is explained in this chapter the new aspect of HRM as a function of HR which includes various dimensions and encompasses numerous activities to build an organizational culture and enables to fight competition and gain competitive advantage Its various dimensions are explained in view of banking industry and how it can lead to improvement in organizational commitment and job satisfaction newlineChapter II Review of literature newlineIt gives the review of the study regarding the strategies of Green HRM in the service industry with special focus on banks. It highlights the various variables studied by the previous researchers and discusses their findings to identify appropriate gaps and variables for the current research work An extensive review is done to identify the research gap and indicators of present research work and to support the findings of the study Chapter III Research methodology newlineThis chapter deals with the meaning of research and its Concepts used in the present work In this chapter various research issues like objectives sampling data collection tools hypothesis statistical tools and test applied are explained for clarity on the roadmap of research study The scope limitations and significance of the study are also given to substantiate the thesis work newlineChapter IV Data Analysis and
