Tribunalisation of Justice in India: Issues and challenges

Abstract

Tribunalisation is a method by which justice in special matters could be attained. Tribunal is forum consisting of experts from judicial and administrative areas that are independent of the administration to decide cases impartially arising between the administration and citizen. In India, numbers of central tribunals have been set up after independence but unfortunately they are struggling with many problems. Therefore, doctrinal research was undertaken to provide suggestions, which if adopted, will improve the functioning of central tribunals in India. newline
