Abstract: | The purpose of this study is to discover the effect of Human Resource Information newlineSystem (HRIS) on employee satisfaction in the selected private sector banks. It becomes newlineimportant to understand why HRIS of banking sector needs an attention. One reason is that the newlinebanking segment portrays a critical part in socio-economic growth of the country and also HRIS newlineis growing constantly in this sector.
