Abstract: The purpose of this study is to discover the effect of Human Resource Information newlineSystem (HRIS) on employee satisfaction in the selected private sector banks. It becomes newlineimportant to understand why HRIS of banking sector needs an attention. One reason is that the newlinebanking segment portrays a critical part in socio-economic growth of the country and also HRIS newlineis growing constantly in this sector. Thus, the populace of research is the employees employed at newlinethe top five private sector banks (as per Reserve Bank of India) i.e. HDFC, Kotak Mahindra, newlineICICI, Axis and IndusInd bank in Bengaluru, India, at the time of the survey. newline
