The intent of work-life balance is to lower the conflict among newlinework life and home life, to achieve a right balance between office work and other newlinepursuits (Sharma, 2016). Long hours and overtime would often be a general newlinephenomenon in local economies and work cultures in developing economies (Ng and newlineVernon, 2010; Wharton andamp; Blair, 2006). Although being global trend, due to various newlinecultural contexts, work-life concerns play out differently (Shyamsunder, Pollack andamp; newlineTravis, 2015). For those desiring to have good quality of life, balancing work and life newlinehas been and continues to be an area of concern (Breitenecker andamp; Shah, 2018). newline | |
