dc.description.abstractA novel method of Nano Smart Lab on Chip Fabrication for the direct newlinesensing of ionic level of bulk metal Pollutants in water and Online Data Tracking newlinein Augmented Reality System was invented. Pollution or contamination plays a newlinemajor part in dreadful health hazards. Water, the most essential entity for life is being newlineconsumed without the knowledge of contaminants. Whenever there is a talk for newlinepurification of water for life, Arsenic contamination level must also be considered newlinewhich is being neglected in practice. Though there are many pollutants in natural newlinewater, Arsenic is the major geogenic and toxic pollutant in drinking water producing newlinehealth threat. Because of the complex nature of the dissolved materials in natural water newlinea specially developed technique is usually required to determine the concentration of newlineany constituent. The standard methods for the quantitative analysis of concentration newlineof Toxicants like Arsenic cannot be applied to sea water without adequate checks on newlinetheir accuracy. Arsenite and Arsenate are formed as compounds in combination with newlineOxygen, Chloride and Sulfur ions. Toxicity of Arsenite (As 3+) is higher than that of newlineArsenate (As 5+). Arsenic (As-III) above 10and#956;g/L is regarded to be poisonous to life newlineand causes lung or skin cancer and cardiovascular geotaxis, mutagenic andcarcinogenic newlineeffects. ASV is a technique where the metal ion of interest is pre-concentrated on newlinean electrode surface at suitable deposition potential and then stripped away from newlineit by an anodic potential sweep. The flow of electrons is the output current thus newlinePAMSAT- Portable Automated Monitoring System for Arsenic Toxicant newlineDevice provides Nano precise measurement. For Optimization, Glassy Carbon newlineElectrode (GCE) was examined with Auto Lab Machine GPES software by Linear newlineSweep Voltammetry-LSV, Cyclic Voltammetry-CV and Differential Pulse newlineVoltammetry-DPV. Enhancement Examination of Electrophoretic coating of newlineGold nanoparticles on Fabricated Electro Feeler has done.
