Abstract: Job Satisfaction refers to a human being feeling about satisfaction of the job, which refers as the motivation to work. It is a relationship between the individual and the employers where he/she works. It is just not the feeling of self-satisfaction or happiness but it is the satisfaction on the job. It refers to the degree of satisfaction which an employee receives from his/ her job. In each and every organization, job satisfaction is one of the most significant variables at the workplace psychology and numerous psychosocial issues, the changing pattern of the work, organizational factors impact from leadership to job design. It is the level of achievement that a person feels about his/ her job. This feeling is different from employees to employees, place to place, work to work, time to time of same work conditions. It can be different by the employee s ability, skill to perform the required task, the way of communication in the organization, their attitude with their sub-ordinates, their involvement in the decision-making process, as well as the direction in which the management treat their employees. A well satisfied employees may work with better efficiency at workplace and in achieving the organizational set objectives as well as for the success of the institution or organization. Hence job satisfaction is very beneficial for the organization in several ways. It is significant for an employee to have the satisfaction level which derived from the particular job where he/she doing the work. newlinevii newlineThe women are considered the basic unit of the society.
