Job Satisfaction refers to a human being feeling about satisfaction of the job, which refers as the motivation to work. It is a relationship between the individual and the employers where he/she works. It is just not the feeling of self-satisfaction or happiness but it is the satisfaction on the job. It refers to the degree of satisfaction which an employee receives from his/ her job. In each and every organization, job satisfaction is one of the most significant variables at the workplace psychology and numerous psychosocial issues, the changing pattern of the work, organizational factors impact from leadership to job design. It is the level of achievement that a person feels about his/ her job. This feeling is different from employees to employees, place to place, work to work, time to time of same work conditions.
