Abstract: The primary objective of the study was to determine the psychological newlineproblem and mental Health of the swimmers and players of different sports newlinediscipline. The Universe of the study shall be the swimmers and players of newlinedifferent sports discipline of who has been minimum participating in newlineintercollegiate tournament sampling frame divided in biological maturity newlinealso, Total 300 swimmers and 300 players from different sports discipline newlinewas taken from Kabaddi , Kho-Kho and volleyball with 100 in each group. newlineIn assessing the psychological problems the Depression Anxiety Stress Scale newline(DASS) was used to measure depression, anxiety, and stress. Universal newlinesupreme health for all well being of Bal Kishan was used to measures the newlinemental health of the population and Gadzella s) life Stress Inventory was newlineused to measure other psychological problem of sample of the study. Mean, newlineStandard deviation, Percentage and T-test was used to compare the newlinecategorical variables among the groups. The findings of the study indicate newlinethat, Non-Swimmers were found to have got more Psychological problem newlinewith respect to Depression compared to their counterparts Swimmers . The newlineresult reveals that Insignificant ( No Significant ) difference of newlinePsychological problem with respect to Anxiety was found between newlineSwimmers and Non-Swimmers . The findings of the study indicate that, newlineNon-Swimmers were found to have got more Psychological problem with newlinerespect to Stress compared to their counterparts Swimmers . The result newlinereveals that No significant difference of exercise aspect of universal newlinesupreme health for all physical well-being was found between Swimmers newlineand Non-Swimmers . The findings of the study indicate that, Swimmers newlinewere found to have got better Nutrition aspect of universal supreme health newlinefor all physical well-being as compared to their counterparts Non-Swimmers. newlineThe result reveals that No significant difference of De-adication aspect of newlineuniversal supreme health for all physical well-being was found between newlineSwimmers and Non-Swimmers.
