Abstract: The Indian community has divergence and divided in multiple territory not only ethnicity and religion, but also caste, class and gender. Large sections of the Indian population do not have yet reliable and affordable access to good quality health care (High Level Expert Group on Universal Health Coverage, 2011). newlineAs SDG 3 goal No. 3.7 India has planned to ensure universal access to sexual and reproductive health care services including for family planning, information and education and the integration of reproductive health into national strategies and programme by 2030. (SDG-NITI Aayog: 2016). newlineHowever, there are several reproductive health concerns in India, which need to address in order to improve reproductive health status of people. newlineIn India, especially in rural part of India early marriage and adolescent pregnancy remains a common practice despite its illegality many studies highlighted that the practice of child marriage is very common in rural part of India. newlineAdolescence is the period when many young people begin to explore their sexuality, so access to sexual and reproductive health information and services is necessary for their well-being. There find gigantic gaps in regard to access reproductive health information and access in services in this age group. newlineAccording to WHO Adolescent pregnancy remains a major contributor to maternal and child mortality, and to the cycle of ill-health and poverty. newlineWHO defined that Reproductive health is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being and not merely the absence of disease or infirmity, in all matters relating to the reproductive system and to its functions and processes newlineReproductive health therefore implies that people are able to have a satisfying and safe sex life and that they have the capability to reproduce and the freedom to decide if, when and how often to do so. newlineImplicit in this vision is that men and women will be able to utilize their rights to information on and access to safe, affordable and acceptable methods of fertility regulati
