Critical Study on Cybercrime in Ahmedabad City

Abstract

CRITICAL STUDY ON CYBER CRIME IN AHMEDBAD CITY Cyber crime indeed getting recognition it deserves. However, it is not going to restricted that easily. In fact, It is highly likely that cyber crime and its hackers will continue developing and upgrading to stay ahead of the law.Cyber crime refers to anything done in the cyber space with criminal intent. Cyber crime includes act such as hacking, uploading absence content on internet, sending absence emails and hacking into personas e banking account to withdraw money. Cyber crime refers to any crime which involves computer or its network.The term Cyber crime is misnomer. The term now has been defined in any statute/act passed or enacted by the Indian parliament.In this research, I will mention impact of cyber crime made by the people to destroy the organizing network, stealing of Data, Documents, Hacking bank accounts.My research will give you detailed information about cyber crime,its types, modes and security measure including prevention to deal effectively with cyber crime along with awareness in Ahmedabad city.I will drill down in some Cyber crime area like banking fraud crimes, Cyber pornography, Cyber gambling,forgery,cyber defamation, email spoofing, email bombing, virus/worm attacks, salami attacks, web jecking,data diddling,denial of sevice attacks, intellectual property crimes with fact and file of Ahmedabad city.
