dc.description.abstract | The revolutionary discovery in forensic investigation in DNA fingerprinting that helps to identify newlineindividuals it is an important tool for molecular research that support the human breeding. DNA newlinefingerprinting model played an important role in identifying an individual in millions of people by newlinelooking in unique patterns in their DNA. DNA fingerprinting is a technique that simultaneously newlinedetects lots of minisatellites in genome to produce a pattern unique to an individual. In this research newlinework, we analyzed DNA fingerprinting based identification and designed a DNA fingerprinting based newlineidentification model along with DNA database management system for 360 degree interlinking i.e. all newlineservices and progresses will be progressed by DNAFIDs and database. newlineThe assurance of quality and reliability of process models and workflows is essential for model driven newlinesoftware development. There are numerous ways to achieve these objectives. One is model checking newlinethrough which it can be verified that a model satisfies specific logical rules. The modelto be checked is newlineusually given as finite state machine. Rules have to be specified at the level required by the model newlinechecker. In this work, wedevelop a model for validating the DNA profiling through finite state. This newlineenables the research/business process professionals to use modelchecking techniques and to produce newlinehigher quality research/business models for subsequent software development. The approach is newlinedemonstrated by validating event-driven process chains. newline newlineKeywords: DNAFIDs, FSM, Class Diagram, State Diagram, Transition Table newline | |
