dc.description.abstract | International Laws as well as International Organisations have very pivotal role to play for international governance but at the same time it must not be forgotten that the International Law and International Agreements are influencing the policy making process of the State. It can be observed by the instance of India. No doubt, sovereign States voluntarily enters into the multilateral dialogues, Conventions and join as member of International Organisations but without mitigation of sovereignty they are unable to follow the resolutions because every State has to make favourable condition in its territory to implement the same. In other words, with the emergence of International Law concept of State Sovereignty has been diluted as International Law provides for global governance where as States has to protect the interest of its citizenry according to their situation and under the pressure of International governance some time States has to follow international resolutions or has to face sanction. newline | |
