Abstract

The present research captures the satisfaction level of the academicians, recruiters and MBA final year students with the current curriculum of the management programme. The study explores all the factors of management education such as course curriculum and teaching pedagogy, industry-institute interface, infrastructure, faculty development programmes, placements, Consultancy, branding and Research projects that contributes in developing employability skills of management graduates. The present study will facilitate the Management Institutes, Students and Recruiters as it will give a snapshot of the present scenario of the employability, aspirations of HR representatives and gap between the expectations of industry and skills possessed by the students. newline
