Abstract: Employee retention and job satisfaction are very captious for every organization because newlineemployees are energizing quality to attain acquirement of the company destination and newlineorganizational goal. Employee retention and job satisfaction is a fundamental idea it has been newlinegetting impressive tending work from scholastic researchers, Researchers and Human Resource newline(HR) leader, and the executives. This particular research study was conducted in India s newlineInformation Technology hubs like Bengaluru, Noida, Delhi, Mumbai, Chennai etc., Primary data newlinefor research study was collected from top 9 Information Technology (IT) companies in India as newlineper National Association for Software Service Companies (NAASCOM s) survey report 2018- 2019. Like that 400 Information Technology (IT) employees were chosen for the research newlinesample for the study. The key object is to know the employee s perception towards employee newlineretention concerning job satisfaction and the impact of monetary benefits on employee retention newlineamong employees in the Information Technology (IT) industry. To study the impact of non newlinemonetary benefits on employee retention among employees in the Information Technology (IT) newlinesector. Additionally, To rank the factors affecting employee retention among employees of the newlinesoftware sector. Theoretical framework constructed after the among the gender and monetary and non-monetary newlinefactors of Information Technology (IT) employee retention strategies in the Information newlineTechnology (IT) sector, For the statistical study SPSS 16 version were used with descriptive newlinestatistics on IT employee retention and job satisfaction factors concerning the various dependent newlineand independent variables were done. A statistic test was done using a group value of gender and newlinetwo independent sample test techniques. Some of the research hypotheses developed were tested newlineusing independent sample test and correlation of monetary and non-monetary factors to outcome newlineat the study results. The study founds that the classify the monetary reward and non-monetary newlinebenefits
