In prevailing scenario of global competition the business leaders all over the world have time and again been engrossed in the desire to enhance the value created for shareholders to the ever increasing limits. It is obvious that when such tendency crosses the limits of acceptable ethical standards and interests of society it degenerates into committing fraud with public money as is quite evident by recent unearthing of a number of scandals indicating the involvement of some well known business organizations. newline
