dc.description.abstract | newline The present research provides a novel perspective to view and understand the phenomenon using a systems approach and claimed that workplace spirituality is essentially the behavior of a system and lies in the configuration and subtlety is its essence. Configuration is the key idea of this research endeavor. A spiritual system is essentially an open system allowing various entities and sub-systems to interact and assimilate resulting in n-dimensional space. Interactions, synapses, networking, symbioism, and co-opetition are the key feature of the spiritual system. Entropic Interaction ensuring the flow of configurational/information energy among entities occurs with the help of an interface having synaptic points. Info motive force, organizational temperature, and market temperature provides the direction of the flow and ensure the smooth transition. newlineThe configuration manifests itself in behaviors like Organizational citizenship behavior and Organizational commitment are the manifestation of the configuration. Typical behavior is the function of configuration, environment demand, and operator (f(behave)- {configuration, environment, demand, operator}). A configuration has some intrinsic or extrinsic demands and operator functions help them to achieve desired variations in the outcome and thus, they are manifested as systems behavior in the form of emergent behaviors like sensible intelligence, elasticity, ownership, etc. and enhances the efficiency, revivability, and sustainability in the system. newlineThis research endeavor is an attempt for the Systemaneering of the behavioral science by providing a mechanism of the interaction and establishes that it is the configuration that is responsible for all the outcomes and systems view helps to understand it. The future scope encompasses the understanding of the non-linearity in the behavior. newline | |
