Resource Provisioning in Cloud Computing Environment

Abstract

Cloud computing is a new trend in internet-based computing that is still in its early stages of newlinedevelopment. Dynamic resource allocation is a necessary procedure in cloud computing for newlinedistributing workloads effectively among virtual machines. Consumers sharing resources newlinewithout planning creates a slew of concerns and challenges in the cloud, including scalability, newlinefault tolerance, dependability, availability, and energy efficiency. In cloud computing, using newlinedynamic resource allocation for load balancing is a crucial job scheduling optimization newlineprocedure. Load balancing tries to balance workloads among virtual machines in order to newlinemaintain optimal system utilization. Some virtual machines may be overloaded while others newlineremain idle due to an ineffective resource allocation method and load balancer. Exploring newlineeffective methods and procedures and the development of unique algorithms is therefore newlinehighly desirable to attain maximum resource efficiency and scalability. newline
