The private universities are engrossed in giving and dispersing the various newlineopportunities to the youth of our nation. For any organization human resources are considered newlineto be the most precious assets and they need to be handled with care. Now a days it is the newlinebiggest challenge for the employers of the organization to retain their staff members, lower newlinedown the turnover ratio and to get maximum output from their employees. It is the duty of the newlineowner to give best opportunities to their employees to grow, to become independent at their newlineworkplace, power to take decisions in his absence, good salary packages, and Superior newlineworking conditions etc. If the employer manages to handle three situations i.e. controlling the newlineturnover ratio, increasing performance and empowering the employees,then the aim for newlineachieving organization goal can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
