Abstract: Sukhna and Dhanas Lakes, Chandigarh, India play a vital role in the well-being of people newlineand habitat of living organisms they sustain. Both lakes are vulnerable to different types newlineof pollution. There is a need to digitize the monitoring of water quality tracking processes newlineand bioindicators of health. Hence, in this research, novel algorithms have been newlinedeveloped to compute the biodiversity of microorganisms and identify them for better newlineunderstanding of the health of ecosystems. newline
